Six CIF-State champions, including double-event winner Sadie Engelhardt, the sophomore from Ventura (SS), lead this deep list of elite girls set to light up the outdoor season next spring.

Non-senior 2023 CIF-State Champions: Oaks Christian (SS) junior Niya Clayton (100m), Culver City (SS) sophomore Joelle Trepagnier (200m), Engelhardt (800m, 1600m), Santiago-Corona (SS) sophomore Rylee Blade (3200m), Wilson-Long Beach (SS) sophomore Kaylin Edwards (300m hurdles), Notre Dame-Sherman Oaks (SS) sophomore Aja Johnson (shot put), La Costa Canyon (SD) junior Iliana Downing (pole vault).

Another 61 returning girls earned top-nine medals at the CIF-State Championships.
