On Saturday, the  conclusion of an amazing 2025 California cross country season comes to a head at the CIF State XC Championships.

Before the gun goes off, here's a look at the top boys in the 5,000m and 3-mile rankings. Summer Wilson of Irvine leads the 3-mile with a 15:15 from the CIF Southern Section Cross Country Championships, while Aelo Curtis of Ventura tops the 5K list after her 16:44 win at Clovis XC Invitational.
