Still atop the list, Anthony Fast Horse. Nothing much has changed for the senior from Ventura HS as he continuous his dominant season. Fast Horse enters the CIF-SS Finals on rather rested legs after holding back during last week's prelims on the Mt. SAC course. He'll look to secure both the individual and team qualifying berth into the State Championship in Fresno.
Quite shockingly, seven of the top ten best 5K times all stem from the Clovis Invitational, which occurred well over a month ago. The Woodward Park course, not necessarily known for a being a speedy course, has served as preparation for hundreds of athletes who look to obtain a spot on the line at the State Meet in a little over a week.
