As we enter 2026, the track and field season is in full swing, with California's winter/indoor season. With the abundance of talent returning from last season, this is the perfect time to see who the top returners are in each event.
California's winter/indoor season will heat up more this weekend as more athletes compete at the California Winter Championships qualifier meets. Everyone's early-season efforts will crescendo at the California Winter Track and Field Championships at the beginning of February.
*NOTE: 60m, 150m, and 200m leader Brandon Arrington has forgone his final high school track & field season to start early enrollment at Texas A&M University.
