The 2021 MileSplitCA All-State Girls Cross Country Team is a subjective team based on results from the CIF-State Championships within the class and overall, with consideration to leaders of top teams, and section divisional results.

FIRST TEAM
DALIA FRIAS (Mira Costa/SS/Sr.) - CIF-State Division II and Southern Section Division 2 champion. Set a SilverLakes course record in winning at Woodbridge. Ran the second-fastest time ever in D-II at State and the fifth-fastest ever by a senior. Placed fifth overall at Garmin RunningLane Nationals.
SADIE ENGELHARDT (Ventura/SS/Fr.) - One of the elite freshmen in the U.S., placed second in Division II at State with the No. 2 time ever by a freshman, and placed third at the Southern Section D-2 Final. West team representative at Eastbay National Finals, placing 15th in the championship.
SAMANTHA MCDONNELL (Newbury Park/SS/Sr.) - Clovis and Southern Section Division 1 champion. Runner-up at Woodbridge and in Division I at State. Placed sixth overall at Garmin RunningLane Nationals.
SOPHIA NORDENHOLZ (Albany/NC/Sr.) - CIF-State Division IV champion, equaling the third-fastest time ever by a senior and equaling the seventh-fastest time in the history of the meet. North Coast Section Division 4 runner-up. West team representative at Eastbay National Finals, placing ninth in the championship.
ANNA MCNATT (McClatchy/SJ/Jr.) - CIF-State Division I and Sac-Joaquin Section Division 1 champion. West team representative at Eastbay National Finals.
SYDNEY SUNDGREN (Buchanan/CS/Jr.) - Top runner on the two-time CIF-State Division I champion, placing third in the final. Central Section Division 1 champion. Led the Bears to a runner-up finish at Garmin RunningLane Nationals, earning Buchanan a final No. 3 national ranking.
OLIVIA WILLIAMS (Acalanes/NC/So.) - North Coast Section Division 4 champion, who placed second in the D-IV final at State with the second-fastest time ever by a sophomore. West team representative at Eastbay Nationals, placing 17th in the championship.
SECOND TEAM
ASHLYN BOOTHBY (Scotts Valley/CC/So.) - Central Coast Section Division 4 champion, who placed third in the D-IV race at the State Meet.
AISHLING CALLANAN (Peninsula/SS/Jr.) - Placed third in Division II at the State Meet and second in Division 2 at the Southern Section Final. West team representative at Eastbay Nationals.
RILEY CHAMBERLAIN (Del Oro/SJ/Sr.) - Sac-Joaquin Section Division 3 champion and CIF-State Division III runner-up.
JACEY FARMER (Rancho Bernardo/SD/Sr.) - San Diego Section Division 1 champion, who placed fourth in the Division I race at the State Meet.
GRACE HUTCHISON (Buchanan/SS/Jr.) - No. 2 runner on the top team in CA, the Central Section and CIF-State Division I champion, and RunningLane Championships runner-up squad that earned a final No. 3 national ranking.
HANNE THOMSEN (Montgomery/NC/Fr.) - CIF-State Division III and North Coast Section Division 3 champion.
STORMY WALLACE (Sage Creek/SD/Sr.) - San Diego Section Division 4 champion, who placed fourth in the D-IV race at State.
THIRD TEAM
MIA CHAVEZ (Chino/SS/Sr.) - Southern Section Division 3 champion. Placed fourth in the D-III final at State.
ISABELLA DUARTE (Saugus/SS/Sr.) - Placed fourth in Division I at State with the No. 10 time at the meet and second in the D-1 Southern Section Final with the No. 4 time at the meet.
ELIZABETH FETTER (Palo Alto/CC/Jr.) - Central Coast Section Division 1 champion, who placed sixth at State with the No. 16 time at the meet.
PAYTON GODSEY (Oaks Christian/SS/So.) - Placed fifth in the Division IV race at State with the No. 11 overall time at the meet. Southern Section Division 4 champion with the No. 6 time in the merge.
ELLIANA LOMELI (Buchanan/CS/Fr.) - Consistent No. 3 for the top team in CA, the Central Section and CIF-State Division I champion, and RunningLane Championships runner-up squad that earned a final No. 3 national ranking
ELLA PARSLEY (Mira Costa/SS/Sr.) - Consistent No. 2 for Southern Section Division 2 and CIF-State Division II championship team.
REVERE SCHMIDT (Santa Fe Christian/SD/Jr.) - CIF-State Division V and San Diego Section Division 5 champion.
