Leaders lists are based on results in the MileSplit database as of 7 a.m. PDT on Thursday, March 16. These rankings are based on outdoor meets held between March 6 and March 11. All-comers, indoor meets, and similar events held during that time window, are not intended to be included here. However, some mis-categorized meets may appear below.
