Senior Girls Improvement Tracker On 5K Cross Country Courses

The list below ranks 547 returning senior girls for the 2020-21 cross country season who have posted times in the database on 5,000-meter courses for each of the previous three years. We initially asked the database for up to 4,000 returning senior girls for 5K and then added 2017, 2018 and 2019. The final step was to eliminate any athletes without times for all three years. The remaining list ranks 547 girls by their current 5K XC PR.
