As part of our series focused on returning XC athletes, this article ranks returning XC girls from the 2019 CIF-State Championships held on the 5000-meter course at Woodward Park in Fresno.

Athletes on this list are ranked by time from the 2019 meet regardless of division. There are 709 returners from the 2019 State XC Championships. All girls who were not seniors during the 2019-20 season and recorded a time at the State Final are listed below.
