BOYS
1. Francis Parker (SD) - The consensus is that this is the best Division V team in the state.
2. San Francisco University (NC) - Impressive at Jim Tracy Challenge last Friday scoring 20 points against Division V competition.
3. Santa Fe Christian (SD) - Last full team effort finished second to Francis Parker at Coach Downey XC Classic.
4. Viewpoint (SS) - Top Division V team at last Saturday's Clovis Invitational.
5. St. Margarets (SS) - Defending state champs only five points behind Viewpoint at Clovis.
6. Newport Beach Pacifica Christian (SS) - Impressive pack at Woodbridge Classic.
7. Crystal Springs Uplands School (CC) - Won their first league meet last Thursday and will race at Rough Rider this Friday.
8. Convent and Stuart Hall (NC) - Have finished 2nd behind University in their last two meets.
9. Woodcrest Christian (SS) - Appeared to be less than full strength as they lost to Linfield Christian at their last league meet
10. (tie) St. Joseph Notre Dame (NC) - Defeated Head-Royce by one point in their first league meet.
10. (tie) Head-Royce (NC) - Right with SJND for BCL East Supremacy. Also racing at Rough Rider.
GIRLS
1. Lick-Wilmerding (NC) - Deepest team in this division will be tested often this season by league mate University.
2. St. Margaret's (SS) - Impressive freshman Liesel Blau leads the way.
3. San Francisco University (NC) - Won the Jim Tracy Challenge varsity race in last effort.
4. Castilleja (CC) - Finished second to strong Menlo team last Thursday and rolled to best Division V finish at Clovis.
5. Santa Fe Christian (SD) - Top-ranked team out of San Diego Section.
6. Head Royce (NC) - Will have a better idea of this team after they race at Rough Rider this Friday.
7. Linfield Christian (SS) - Sophomore Ryley Burns leads the way for the Lions.
8. Nueva (CC) - The second-best team in CCS will battle PSAL teams the rest of the season before a rematch with Castilleja.
9. Urban San Francisco (NC) - Have been consistent State Meet contender out of NCS.
10. Branson (NC) - Finished third behind two of the best teams in the state at the Jim Tracy Challenge.
