Nikki Hiltz, frehman at the Univeristy of Oregon, was a Foot Locker finalist and California state champion at Aptos High School.  After running 4:42 for 1600 meters and placing 6th in the USATF 1500 in 2012, Nikki is now heading into her first spring season in Eugene under coach Marica Powell.
