Division 1 Highlights
Davis Senior continued their streak of state meet bids and ascended back to the SJS D1 throne with a 40-67 victory over Oak Ridge. The most interesting battle in this race, however, was for the third and final advancing spot: Cosumnes Oaks edged Gregori by a scant 4 points to punch their ticket to Clovis, powered by the 19:09 individual win from Natalie Harper.
Jesuit dominated the boys' race, with Matt Strangio pacing them in a comfortable 15:51 and his teammates going 2-4-5-7-9 behind him to tally just 19 points. Davis Senior claimed the second qualifying spot, scoring 78 to easily distance themselves from third-place Gregori.
