The heat sheets are posted and Jacob Thomson, a junior at Holy Cross High School, is seeded in the invitational section of the 3200 at the 45th annual Arcadia Invitational taking place Saturday evening in Arcadia CA, 17 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.

The trip to California brought big highs and tough lows for the Lady Wolverines, plus two sub-9 minute 3200's.

My trip started on Thursday night at 7pm when my flight left. My mom and I made the trip together. We had flown to Dallas with no problems, grabbed a huge Jack Daniels burger at TGI Fridays, and started to relax.
