We're officially in the middle of CIF as the Southern Section started this past weekend, and the rest of the California sections will follow this week. The short hurdles are a beautiful combination of speed and technique that can't be mastered in a mere one high school track season. The list below illustrates how these hardworking athletes have improved since last year in one of the most technical races on the track.

The most improved 110m hurdler is Cam Webb from Elsinore who has dropped 6.63 seconds off his time. The junior qualified for the CIF Southern Section Division 2 Prelims after running 22.48 last season. He ended his high school season with a 15.85 personal record set at his league finals, which could catapult him into a great senior season.

Look below to see who else is improving in the 110m hurdles.
