Jordan Washington, a junior at Gardena Serra (SS), Ran sprint PRs of 11.55 (1.4) for 100 meters (CA No. 1) and 23.68 for 200m (CA No. 2) and helped the 4x100m relay team to a CA No. 3 time of 46.33 in Division 4 at the Southern Section Finals.

For that performance, you voted Washington as the MileSplitCA Girls Track and Field Performer of the Week for the week ending May 14.

Washington received 47.07 percent of nearly 14.3K  votes in a statewide poll. Tatiana Cornejo, a senior at St. Francis (SJ), was second in the voting, receiving 26.80 percent of the vote. 

This week we have selected nine top performers from the past week for you to choose the top CA Track and Field Performer of the Week. 

Voting closes Friday at 9 p.m.
