Now that Christon is tearing it up for USC on the gridiron and oval, the best returning sprinter is Del Oro senior Ryan Mulholland. He finished in 3rd place in the 100m and had a best time of 10.48 during the state prelims. In the 200m, Mulholland is also the top returner from last season as she finished in 4th place and had a best of 21.17 also set in the state prelims. Mulholland may get a rematch with Christon as he committed to the University of Oregon but until then, he will try to duplicate Christon's double-winning feat at the state meet.
