CIF-State Meet Preview: What You Need To Know

GIRLS

Girls looking to defend titles are senior Tori Gaitan (Great Oak/SS) in Division I, sophomore Riley Chamberlain (Del Oro/SJ) in Division III and junior Audrey Suarez (Mayfield/SS) in Division IV. Senior Corie Smith (Buchanan/CS) won the Division I title as a sophomore but was unable to run last year because of illness. Sophomore Maddie Coles (Claremont/SS) in Division II and junior Mia Barnett (Village Christian/SS) in Division V placed second in 2018.

Team champions looking to defend are Great Oak (SS) in Division I, Claremont (SS) in Division II, Sage Creek (SD) in Division IV and Lick Wilmerding (NC) in Division V. Vista del Lago (SJ), the 2018 Division III champion, was moved up to Division II.
