BOYS

1. Great Oak (SS) -- Captured the Team Sweeps at Mt. SAC while their line-up continues to display unmatched depth!  They remain HEAVY favorites going into November as we don't expect to see their true 'A' team until the State Meet.
2. Dublin (NC) -- Took their second week off in a row in preparation for that podium spot at Woodward in four weeks.
3. Bellarmine Prep (CC) -- Placed second to Great Oak at Mt. SAC in a stellar performance.  Their consistent scoring five remain with their fifth scoring 65-seconds after front-running Colin Peattie (14:52).  Their top eight at Mt. SAC are ALL juniors!!!
4. Clovis North (CS) -- Solid efforts at their own Twilight Two-Mile last Friday.   Isaiah Galindo had to work for the victory but did not disappoint in his 9:11 effort!
5. Jesuit (SJ) -- Shined at their inter-squad Marauder 3200 last weekend with Strangio pulling in a 9:13.  Juniors Michael Chambers (9:29) and Ajani Salcido (9:30) and Chambers were most impressive to upgrade their overall stock.
6. Torrey Pines (SD) --  MUCH better performance than what we saw at Clovis.  They felt just off our top ten from recent performances but reminded us of they are the best in the San Diego Section.  Sebastian Barclay (15:21) led the Falcons as they averaged an improvement of 25 seconds over their efforts at the Clovis Invite.
7. La Serna (SS) -- They've been as consistent as any other squad this month and continue to move up our lists after another solid performance at the Riverside Invite.  Gerald Baltzer continues to shine up front as he crossed with a 15:17 effort.
8. Burbank (SS) --  Their best effort of the season at the Mt. SAC Invite.  Victor Goli (15:15) and Andres Leon (15:34) paved the way.  They formed a solid five as of late and look ready to go after the runner-up spot at next month's divisional finals!
9. Crescenta Valley (SS) -- Two scorers were off from what we've seen in them in recent weeks but they did handle Burbank and Arcadia in a head-to-head match up two weeks ago.
10t. Long Beach Poly (SS) -- Not much separates about seven squads fighting for runner-up at next month's divisional finals!   Nice team-time gap at Mt. SAC with Ronan McMahon-Staggs leading them once again.
10t. Amador Valley (NC) -- Best race of their season with a quartet that impressed us even more so than before.
Others: Arcadia (SS), California (SS), Davis (SJ), Mira Costa (SS), Rancho Cucamonga (SS), Roosevelt (SS), Vista Murrieta (SS).

GIRLS
1. Great Oak (SS) -- Dominating performance at Mt. SAC Sweeps in the first face-off with Saugus.  While their regular No. 2 was off, Arianna Griffiths was back to cover it (making them even more lethal at full strength).
2. Buchanan (CS) -- Took the weekend off after back-to-back weekends of success.  Two high impact freshmen continue to make them a viable NXN candidate.
3. Saugus (SS) -- Solid performance at Mt. SAC with Hannah Fredericks continuing her ascendancy as one of the best in the section.
4. Vista Murrieta (SS) --  When combining the individuals parts of the whole, this squad continues to develop and move up our list in recent weeks.   Several varsity girls shined at the Riverside Invite.
5. Canyon Crest Academy (SD) --  Sat out three of the varsity scorers, thus the low placing at Mt. SAC.  Carlie Dorokstar rebounded well from a sub-par effort at Clovis.
6. Oak Ridge (SJ) -- Still pegging off of their performance at Clovis but when comparing that effort, they earn this place.
7. Mira Costa (SS) -- Sat out Dalia Frias at Mt. SAC while the rest took care of business. No line-up has seem more interchangeable parts than this one!
8t. Ayala (SS) -- Used the Riverside Invite as a threshold workout after two solid weeks of competition.  Not much separates them and several other Southern Section squads for the division.
8t. San Clemente (SS) -- Hana Catsimanes rolled with a 17:22 at Mt. SAC while the rest of her crew impressed in their team effort at the Riverside Invite.
8t. Beckman (SS) -- Best race of their season in winning the Riverside Invitational on the SS Championship course.  Their 13-second spread was most impressive.
Others: Aliso Niguel (SS), Clovis West (CS), Granada Hills (LA), Quartz Hill (SS), Tesoro (SS), Yucaipa (SS).
