Scripps Ranch (SD) senior Aaliyah McCormick, an Oregon signee, runs a meet record and the second-fastest time in San Diego County history to win the girls 100-meter hurdles in 13.86 (1.8) at the Mt. Carmel Asics Track and Field Invitational on March 26, 2022. San Diego HS senior Charlize James, a San Diego State signee, was second in 14.00 with Cathedral Catholic junior Kapiolani Coleman third in 14.07, the three fastest-marks in CA this season.
