The Arcadia experience started with the multi events
Madeline Price finished in 2nd place at the just completed Arcadia Invitational in both the 400m. and 200m. She ran a lifetime best time of 53.43 in the 400m. which has her ranked 2nd in the nation. (Photo by John Hale).
Fresh off her US #5 all-time 9:55 3200 at the Arcadia Invitational this past Saturday, watch Camas High School (WA) junior Alex Efraimson in one of her workouts leading up to that historic performance to join the sub 10 minute club below.
Going into the two weeks of spring break for most of the state's schools, nearly the entire state leaderboard has been rewritten. These performances include many that happened in state as well as many elite performances happening around the nation.

It seems that there is a lot of talk about the Girls 3200m run that will be awesome this weekend in Arcadia. Can Alexa Efraimson break Kim Mortensen's record of 9:48.59 from 1996? Can anyone else even hang with Alexa (maybe Baxter, Maxwell)? Though, to be fair, the Boys 3200m is going to be just as exciting. Why? Because it'll feature Cerake Geberkidane.
