Girls CA Performer of the Week (poll)
Summer Wilson - Irvine HS (SS) - Opened up her 2024 cross country season with a win and a quick 16:19.4 at the Central Park Invitational. After transferring schools, Wilson seems to have picked up right where she left off last season.
Marley McCullough - Newport Harbor HS (SS) - Held off the field in the closing stages of the Brea Olinda Invitational. Ran an 18:23.8 over the 5K distance and managed to be within twenty seconds of her P.R with about seven weeks left in the season.
Cameron Macias - Clovis West HS (CS) - Took part in the Golden Shoe Showdown in the Central Section. Clocked an 11:24.37 to take the win over the rarely run two mile cross country race. Led a pack of three other Clovis West HS girls under the 11:50 mark during the race.
