The TEN is this Saturday at JSerra High School in San Juan Capistrano, CA, and it will be streamed live on FloTrack. This event has quickly risen in popularity because it attracts elite distance runners from all over the world, including Olympians, USA Champions, and World Champions.
For the third year, high school runners will race alongside the professionals during the HOKA Night Session in their respective events. The night session features an invitational 800m, 1600m, and 3200m.
This year will mark the first time a high school day session is included in The TEN. The HOKA Day Session will showcase several heats for the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m events
