Wearing number 1 will be Brian Shrader from Arizona who finished 2nd in the west last year and 11th at nationals followed by Shane Moskowitz (Washington), Cody Helbling (Idaho), Steve Magnuson (Arizona), Nike SW regional champion Wade Meddles (Nevada) , and Drew O'Donaghue (Washington).
Number 7 returner Sherrod Hardt will be running at Nike Team Nationals as an individual. Wearing number 8 will be Nathan Williams (Nevada) followed by Eric Fitzpatrick (Idaho) and Junior Heydon Wooff from California.

For the girls Danielle Menlove finished 3rd at Foot Locker West regionals last year but did not run cross country this season and will most likely not make the trip to Mt. Sac. In the number 2 spot is Jessica Tonn from Arizona followed by Megan Morgan (California), Jacque Taylor (California) and Rolonda Jumbo (Arizona).

The number 6 returner to Foot Locker West Regionals is Baylee Mires (Washington) followed by Andrea Nelson (Washington), Kate Norskog (New Mexico), Heather Cerney (California) and Saylah Barserrian (California).
The girls seeded race kicks off at 9:55 followed by the boys at 10:40.
