Newbury Park (SS) junior Leo Young led a stunning parade of Panthers teammates across the line at the Woodbridge Classic, running the fast 3-mile SilverLakes course in 13:38.1 to break brother Nico's previous course record in one of the fastest 3-mile performances on record.
Leo was voted CA's Boys Cross Country Performer of the Week for the week ending Sept. 18, receiving 56.33 percent of the vote.
