We enter the final week of the 2019 cross country competition calendar. A year ago this week in 2019 XC, there were two meets: Foot Locker National Championship in San Diego, and USATF National Junior Olympics XC Championships in Madison, WI.
Both were held on 5000-meter courses.
CA had four girls returning for 2020-21 who made the Foot Locker West Region team and competed at the FLCCC: Mia Barnett, Cate Joaquin, Dalia Frias, Sofia Abrego.
