1. Newbury Park (SS) -- Placed 7 in the top 9 at Marmonte League Championships, scoring 19 points.

2. Dana Hills (SS) -- South Coast League offers no challenge as Dolphins go 1-5.

3. Whitney (SJ) -- First at the Sac-Joaquin Sub Section meet, finishing 1-2.

4. Claremont (SS) -- 1-2-3-6-8 in Palomares League finals.

5. West Torrance (SS) -- Team has 6 in top 7 at Pioneer finals. Just 8 seconds between 1 and 5.

6. Thousand Oaks (SS) -- Just 28 points behind Newbury Park in Marmonte meet.

7. Loyola (SS) -- Cubs have the first 13 finishers in the Mission League finals.

8. Granada (NC) -- Top D-II team at EBAL Finals and also beat league rival De La Salle at Rough Rider.

9. De La Salle (NC) -- Fourth in the EBAL Finals but behind three DI teams.

10t. Redlands East Valley (SS) -- Swept the Citrus Belt League with a 46-second gap

10t. La Costa Canyon (SD) -- A training week in this section leading to the conference championships.

GIRLS

1. Sacramento St. Francis (SJ) --Go 1-2 in the Sac-Joaquin Sub Section meet.

2. Simi Valley (SS) -- Depth shows again as Simi placed 5 in the top 6 at Coastal Canyon League

3. Newbury Park (SS) -- Cruising along with 7 in the top 10 in the Marmonte Finals with 18 points.

4. Serrano (SS) -- Diamondbacks have no test in Mojave League, scoring 18 points.

5. Claremont (SS) -- Wolfpack dominates the Palomares League led by a 16:30 from soph Maddie Coles.

6. Canyon Anaheim (SS) -- Go 1-6-7 to win the Century League with 33 points.

7. Mountain View St. Francis (CC) -- Won WCAL meet last week heading into Saturday's CCS final.

8. Granada (NC) -- Impressive EBAL performance but what about depth?

9. La Costa Canyon (SD) -- Let's see how they do in the North County Championships.

10. El Toro (SS) -- Captured the South Coast League with 37 points.
