- Christopher Middleton-Pearson (Dublin, So) - 1:55.63, 4:12.15 and 9:18.02 personal bests.
- Calel Aramboles (California School for the Deaf) - 55-2.5 and 162-6 personal bests.
- Jaelen Craft (Newark Memorial) - 14.79 and 38.35 in 110m and 300m hurdle bests.
- Jazlynn Gibbs (Bishop O'Dowd) - 12.12 and 24.76 bests as a frosh this past season.
- Kelly Wilson (Monte Vista) - 5:05.54 and 10:33.97 bests in the two longer distance races.
- Chinyere Okoro (Amador Valley) - 11.63 and 24.08 bests as a junior.
- Rayna Stanziano (Concord) - 2:09.44 in the 800 to finish 3rd in state.
- Gabrielle Peterson (Healdsburg) - 4:48.91 and 10:34.44 bests as a junior.
- Katie Hurst (Fortuna) - Best junior jumper in three events in the section with 5-8, 17-6.75 & 37-5.
