Rising Newbury Park HS (SS) junior Aaron Sahlman sat down with MileSplit's Kevin Selby at the team's Big Bear, CA training camp to reflect on his breakout sophomore season and what's to come. Sahlman said he has been friends with teammates Lex and Leo Young since he was 8 years old and they helped him to learn to love distance running.
