One month until the California Winter Track and Field Championships, and qualifying meets will start stacking up across the Golden State this weekend.
The Winter Championships will take place at Arcadia High School on February 7th. The championships will include high school qualifiers from qualifying meets held between December 13th and January 31st.
This weekend includes open-qualifying meets at Cal State Fullerton, Rancho Cucamonga, Los Gatos, and more. Visit the meet pages below after the meet to see the full results.
After this weekend, there will be three more weekends of open-qualifying across the Golden State.
Annually, this championship has served as California's pseudo-indoor track and field season, featuring non-traditional events. The track events include the 60m, 150m, 300m, 600m, 60m Hurdles, 200m Hurdles, 4x200m relay, Sprint Medley Relay, and Distance Medley Relay. The field events include long jump, triple jump, pole vault, shot put, weight throw, and pentathlon.
