Anisa Bowen-Fontenot (San Diego High School): At the Texas Relays, Anisa Bowen-Fontenot dipped under the elusive 13-second barrier in the 100m hurdles for the first time with the help of a 3.4m/s wind. This mark currently ranks the USC commit as the fastest in the nation under all conditions. She also ran a wind-legal 13.54 in the prelims, ranking her U.S. No.3 for all wind-legal marks.
Rylee Blade (Santiago): In her first race since Nike Indoor Nationals, Rylee Blade dominated The TEN 3200m, finishing with a time of 10:00.56 to claim the U.S. No.2 mark.
Olivia Kirk (Calabasas): Now at Calabasas High School, Olivia Kirk finally opened her season last weekend at the 44th Sundevil Invitational. She ran a wind-aided 23.74 to win the 200m after finishing 4th in the 100m earlier that day. Kirk is now the California leader in the 200m.
Morgan Herbst (Carlsbad): After running six-hundredths of a second off her personal record the week before, Morgan Herbst achieved a significant personal record to solidify her U.S. No.1 position. Herbst ran 40.51 to win the 300m hurdles and move into the California top 10 all-time in the event.
Jordin Lieberman (Murrieta Valley): The bright lights didn't stop Jordin Lieberman at The TEN, who managed to fight off California's best to maintain her California lead. Lieberman ran 4:50.98 to win The TEN and moved into the current U.S. top 20.
