The girls from JSerra Catholic look to continue their dominant season
A win in their division would most likely be enough for JSerra to ride off with a #1 berth to the state championships next weekend. Having rested a handful of their top runners at the CIF-SS Prelims, JSerra has potential to bring out just half of their scoring runners and still snag a berth to State.
The transfers of both Sophie Polay and Chloe Elbaz have been instrumental for JSerra, and both of these athletes will be back next season. We'll see how the lady lions decide to play their cards this weekend, seeing that they are currently regarded as the top girls team in California.
This is a team that is more than capable of threepeating as the Div. IV Champion at the State Meet next weekend.
