First in a Series


Rodrick Pleasant (Serra-Gardena/SS), Dijon Stanley (Granada Hills Charter/LA), Nickolas Miller (Clovis North/CS) go 1-2-3, with Pleasant defending his 200m title, the first to do so since Michael Norman in 2015-16.

Pleasant's 20.67 (1.5) winning time falls short of his 20.40 PR from 2022 or his 20.53 season best but it is the fifth time he has run sub-21 this spring, and his fifth consecutive finals win at this distance.

In placing second, Stanley chalked up eight big points toward Granada Hills Charter's eventual team title.
