JUNIOR ACHIEVERS - CA Boys Track and Field Class Leaders

* * *

Here we are, already through the first weekend of March with the outdoor season fully underway statewide. Yes, we will have more indoor results coming this weekend from across the country, but our focus here today is on outdoor season invitational results in the Golden State from this past weekend.

And specifically an outdoor invite sampling of outstanding performances by CA high school track and field athletes in the Class of 2024 the weekend that was.

Selections are based on high CA overall rankings as well as U.S. rankings in the class from outdoor season invitationals and selected league meets. Non-outdoor season all-comers, indoor meets, and other marks achieved outside of the official outdoor season before last weekend were not considered as the main reason for inclusion in this article.

Marks are based on results processed into the MileSplit database as of 1 p.m. Tuesday. Rankings are subject to change as performances from around the country are added into the database. Meets are invitationals unless noted as a dual.

This is intended to be a sampling of top athletes in the class from the past weekend and in no way a comprehensive list. The MileSplit database allows for filtering rankings within the class, in CA and nationally, as well as breaking leaders down by CIF sections. We encourage you to check out our rankings tool
