Brynn Garcia put herself on the CA distance map during the fall cross country season, helping JSerra to CIF-Southern Section Division 4 and CIF-State Division IV titles and earning MileSplitCA Freshman Girls First Team All-State recognition.
Garcia is off to a fast start on the oval and qualified for the Winter Championships with the third-fastest 1,500-meters, 4:47.59. She is also part of the 4x800 relay team -- one of two JSerra teams in this event -- which qualified with the No. 2 fastest time, 9:55.59.
