Glenn Bell, a senior at Rancho Cucamonga (SS), was a five-second winner over Woodcrest Christian freshman Eyan Turk at the Inland Empire Challenge, running the 5K course at Glen Helen Regional Park in 15:24.0.

In recognition of his accomplishment, Glenn was voted CA's Boys Cross Country Performer of the Week for the week ending Oct. 9, receiving 63.55 percent of the vote.

Colin Sahlman, a senior at Newbury Park (SS), was second in the voting at 23.55 percent.

Vote for this week's CA Boys Cross Country Performer of the Week based on last week's meet results through Oct. 16. Voting closes Friday at 9 p.m.
