The MileSplit California 2019 All-State Senior Girls Cross Country first team is based on finish at the State Meet within the class. Additionally, results at section divisional finals and other top performances are considered for second team and honorable mention placement and inclusion. All athletes placing between eighth and 30th within the class at the State Meet are included.

FIRST TEAM

Gianna placed third in the Division II race at the State Meet in a time of 17:36.40 that ranked fourth in the class at the meet. It was also a 5K PR that ranked seventh in the class for the season. She won the Central Coast Section D-II title (17:55.55).
Corie crossed the line at the State Meet in 17:00.00 for second place behind Carlie Dorostkar in the Division I championship while leading Buchanan to the D-I title. Smith's time ranked No. 2 in the class at State and slotted as the No. 9 fastest time in Division I history. It also equalled the 2017 result of Capistrano Valley's Haley Herberg as No. 6 all-time for senior girls at State. Smith won at Woodbridge (16:04.80) while leading Buchanan to the team title, won at Clovis in a 5K PR of 16:53.90, the No. 10 performance in CA history, won a second consecutive Central Section title and third in four years, and closed out her XC career at NXN placing 12th overall and second among CA girls.
SKYLER WALLACE, Sage Creek (SD)
SECOND TEAM
AUDREY DANG, Great Oak (SS) -- Audrey emerged as the No. 1 runner for Great Oak toward the end of the season. She placed fifth as Great Oak won the Southern Section Division 1 title and placed 10th overall leading the team's runner-up effort at State where her time of 17:50.60 ranked ninth in the class at State.
ISABELLA FAURIA, St. Francis (SJ) -- Izzy posted the fourth fastest 3-mile time in the class for seventh at Woodbridge (16:33.30) and the No. 10 clocking for 5K in the class while placing eighth at Clovis (17:45.90). She was eighth in the D2 race at the Sac-Joaquin Section Championships while helping St. Francis to the title. She placed no worse than sixth in the class at Mt. SAC (6th), Clovis (4th) and Woodbridge (3rd).
TORI GAITAN, Great Oak (SS) -- The former Southern Section and State Meet champion's season was shortened by illness but before that she placed fourth in the class at Mt. SAC, sixth at Woodbridge and seventh at Clovis while leading the Wolfpack to the title. Her 5K time at Clovis (17:50.50) ranked 12th in the class for the season and her 16:54.00 for second to Madeleine Locher at Apache ranked eighth in the class for 3 miles.
HAILEY GOLMON, Newbury Park (SS) -- Hailey became a key scorer as Newbury Park won Southern Section Division 2 and State Division II team titles and earned a spot on the line at NXN. She ran No. 2 for the Panthers in both SS and State meets. Her time of 17:57.70 for 11th in the D-II race at State ranked 10th in the class at that meet. She ran No. 1 for Newbury Park at NXN.
PALOMA HANCOCK, Campolindo (NC) -- Paloma placed fifth in the Division III race at the State Meet while leading Campolindo to the team title. Her time of 18:04.70 ranked 14th in the class at State. She won the D-3 title at the North Coast Section Championships in 17:40.60, the No. 2 time in the class at that meet.
