WATCH THE CIF-STATE MEET LIVE ON MILESPLIT
Over the course of the season, we interviewed all 10 of the returning State Champions and filmed workout videos with seven of them. The list included shot put champion Jocelynn Budwig, above. All of the workout videos were filmed before the official start of the 2019 CIF season. The interviews were conducted after the season began.
