Triple Jump
Many of the all-time best California performances go back a long ways. This is one of them as Pasadena's Joe Richardson hop-step-and-jumped 53-6.50 in 1984, which was atop the all-time list for five years.
No one since then has done better in CA while six others have moved past Richardson with the 54-10.25 by Louisiana's Kenny Hall leading the way.
Another Pasadenan, Blair's Charles Mayfield, is next on the list at 52-10.50 in 1980 -- No. 13 performer on the all-time list.
