The fastest time ever run under legal conditions (wind gauge, automatic timing), 10.25 by Hawthorne's Henry Thomas? It's No. 26 on the list. Thomas is the only California runner among the Top 30 and to make it even more stunning, the State Meet record of 10.30 by San Diego Southwest's Riley Washington of 10.30 way back in 1992, doesn't even make the list.
Ouch. Even counting wind, the 10.13 by Vista Murrieta's Javelin Guidry is only No. 15 on the breezy list.
