She set numerous course records throughout the season, including at the Riverside City 3-mile course (15:49.40), Woodward Park (16:30.30, the No. 1 5K time nationally in 2017) and both the modified Mt. SAC 3-mile (15:49.00) and 5K layouts (15:49.00, the No. 1 3M time nationally in 2017). ... She won her second consecutive FLN title in 17:03.40 with a 19.10-second margin. ... She crushed the Fresno course to win her second consecutive CIF-State D4 (16:30.30, a margin of 29.70 seconds faster then the No. 2 runner at the meet). ...
