We caught up with Sean Brosnan, head cross country and track coach at Newbury Park HS, to talk his three-meet Sundown Track Series held in Arizona, which wrapped up March 27. We also asked him about his stellar core of distance athletes, including Colin Sahlman, Lex and Leo Young, and Samantha McDonnell, among them.
