Friday, September 17, 2010 North Forebay State Recreation Area, Oroville, California
The 7th Annual Las Plumas High School Cross Country Invitational will be held on Friday, September 71, 2010. The race site is the North Forebay State Recreation Area off Highway 70 at the Garden Drive exit about 2 miles north of the town of Oroville.
The race start time/distances are as follows:
3:00-j.v. girls-2.2
3:30-j.v. boys-2.2
4:00-Varsity girls-3.0
4:45-Varsity boys-3.0
Course: The Junior Varsity (2.2) and Varsity (3.0) will be run on grass, asphalt, and gravel trail with a .5 hill in the middle of the race. Varsity runs the hill twice. This is also the home course of Chico State and Butte College.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the first 20 places for each race.
Cost: $5.00 per runner or a maximum of $150 per school payable to: Las Plumas High School Cross Country-2380 Las Plumas Ave., Oroville, CA 95966 c/o Bob Hastings
