Mt. Carmel High School is proud to host the 32nd Annual ASICS/Mt. Carmel Invitational Track and Field meet on Saturday, March 27, 2010. You will find this meet will provide your athletes the intense competition they need as you prepare them for league and section finals. We will be on the Mt. Carmel Highs 9 lane all weather facility, one of the finest track & field facilities in Southern California

200 110 HH (Men) Discus
400 300 Hurdles Distance Medley
800 High Jump Pole Vault
1600 Long Jump 4 X 800
3200 Triple Jump
400 Relay 4 x 400 Relay
We will offer two or three sections of each race or field event. All sections will be seeded on the basis of this season
