Meet Information
WHAT ARE PARLAUF RELAYS:
The competition will consist of ONE relay. Each team will consist of 5
athletes, and each of the 5 athletes will run 300 meters 8 times. Therefore the total
distance covered (30 laps) .
The relays purpose is to build endurance AND speed while offering a team building event that provides the runners an opportunity to both race and train with some of the finest athletes that Southern California has to offer. This is a race...but it is also a workout!
Awards 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall Parlauf Relays Champion T-shirts.

9:00am HS Girls Heat 1
10:00am HS Boys Heat 1
11:00am HS Girls Heat 2
12:00pm HS Boys Heat 2
12:45pm Awards Ceremony
LOCATION: 4400 Ximeno Ave, Long Beach, CA 90804
FACILITY: 8 Lane, All weather surface Only 3/16 inches spikes will be Allowed.
UNIFORMS: Please remember this relay event is an unattached activity for high school students, who are members of your team. Since all athletes will be competing unattached there can be no school uniforms, so as not to violate high school governing body regulations. We are asking that teams wear matching t-shirts or similar outfits.
TEAM PACKETS: Packets can be pick up Saturday morning, and will include lane assignments and number.
EQUIPMENT: Teams should furnish their own batons.

ADMISSIONS:
-Each school will get 1 free coaches ticket
-$5.00 Spectators Admission
-$25 per relay team; the team must enter the gate at the same time
