TimeSchedule:We will have a rolling schedule beginning at 8:30am with field events and 9am start for running events
Parking:Buses are able to park on VictoryLane and along the buss loop in front of the office.PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON RED CURBS-VEHICLES WILL BE TICKETED
Facility:All weather 8 lane track, two jump runways, no dirt track spikes please. Discus, shot put, high Jump and Pole vault are all on infield.Timing provided by Red Cap.Live results at redcaptiming.com
Packet Pick Up-Packets may be picked up at the front gate at 7:30 am. Please bring entry fee unless you have already mailed them.
Clerk of the Course:All running event competitors must check in with the clerk of the course on the infield.
Field events athletes check in at your event. Bibswill be provided to all track athletes in your packets.
Coaches Meeting:8:15am on the field at the finishline
Infield:Only competing athletes and officials (no spectators) are allowed on the infield. Coaches are welcome on the infield while their athlete is competing in the given field event
Results:Will be posted live at www.redcaptiming.com.
Scoring:All track and field events will be scored through six (6) places, 10-8-6-4-2-1 basis.
Field Events: long jump and triple jump will receive 3 trials jumps with the top 9 jumpers taking 3 more jumps in finals.Minimum marks will be used following the first legal jump.
OpeningHigh Jump:VB-5'0"VG-4'0"
Heights:Pole Vault:VB-9' VG-7'
Throws: All throwers will receive 3 throws; top 9 will advance to finals immediately following trials. Minimum marks will be used following the first legal throw.
Snack Bar: A full snack bar will be open throughout the meet.
Bathrooms:Bathrooms are located at the entrance to the stadium as well as the school classroom buildings adjacent to the stadium entrance
AwardsAthletes will need to pick up their medals when results are posted.Medals will not be mailed to schools Table:Medals will go to the 1st-5th place finishers.
TEAM TROPHIES WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE END OF THE MEET TO THE 1ST 2ND AND 3RD PLACE TEAMS
