Meet Information
FORMAT: A full complement of sprint relays and distance relays as well as hurdles, distances, and a full schedule of field events. All events will be placed in graded heats to assure that all athletes be afforded every advantage to medal. Finishlynx timing.
AWARDS:
Individual Running Events:Trophies to 1st place, medals thru top 5 in heats.
Relays: Trophies to winners, medals to 2nd/ 3rd place.
Field Events: Trophies to top in each flight. Medals thru 5th per flight.
Team Awards: Very large trophies for boys teams 1st thru 3rd place & Very large trophies for girls teams 1st thru 3rd place
SCHEDULE: Field events begin at 8:00 am. Racing will begin at 9:00 am. See event listing below (5:00 is estimated time of completion).
TWENTY TEAM LIMIT TO GUARANTEE TIMELY COMPLETION OF MEET!
COST: $225 per team. If entering boys and girls teams cost is $400.
$15 per person per event if no team entry.
ENTRIES: Deadline is February 27. Meet entries may be made at EPIsports.com
Accurate entries are appreciated and will be used to grade heats/ flights. Late adds and substitutions will be accommodated at the Clerk of The Course from 8:00 to 9:00 am on the day of the race as available. Additions and deletions will be accommodated on a first come-first served basis during the meet at the clerk of the course.
