Each year, we offer an enjoyable, low-key opportunity to get your athletes on the track in a meet situation. Fully Automatic Timing (Finishlynx) will be provided.
Tentative Schedule for 2022: We will Try to keep the meet moving and on time.

Registration: is online at www.athletic.net. The deadline for online entries is Sunday, February 23rd at midnight. Please be as accurate with your rosters as possible.

Entry limits: Relays up to 3 per school.

Hurdles 4 per school

Field Events 5 per school

The maximum number of events per athlete will remain at 4.

Marks: please enter lifetime best marks for the hurdles. We will seed the veteran athletes together when possible.

Seeding of races: lanes will be assigned randomly, with each and every schools A relay placed into races before any B teams are assigned lanes.

The field events offered will be the shot put / discus / pole-vault / high jump. Attempts in the throws will be limited to 3 with no Finals. We will start the field events at 11:00 and the running events at 12:00.

There will only be two divisions offered for this meet. There will be a boys and a girls division. If you choose to run your junior varsity teams here you just need to enter them as your B team. In most races, B teams will run in the second heat or later.

Uniforms: Must be school-issued, but exact matches on relays are not required. This rule will allow coaches the freedom to put teams on the track.

Fees: Make checks payable to Clovis High School.

All fees are due by Saturday, February 29 at 11:15 am.

Fees not paid by meet day will be doubled, as per Section By-Laws.

The maximum entry fee is $150.00 per gender with a total of $300.00 per school for both. (If you have less than 17 athletes for any one gender, the cost is $8.00 per athlete.)

$25 late fee will be added for checks received after the deadline

Awards: These will include medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each relay and individual event.

Admission: Spectators will pay an entrance fee of $4 for adults, and $2 for students (ID), seniors, and children under 12.
