General Instructions

At the start line we are limited to 30 (5 per team) up front. The remainder shall line up 10 ft. directly behind the top 5. Each team will be provided a starting box, and each box will be properly social distanced.

All teams should arrive at the designated time and congregate at predetermined sites. Arriving student-athletes shall be dropped off in the North Parking Lot and proceed immediately to the designated meeting area. The North

William Jessup University is a closed campus/property due to COVID. Parents may wait for their student-athletes north of the course/campus on public property, which is also a very conducive location to observe the race. A public street and neighborhood borders the start/finish area, and provides an excellent view of the course in general. Please restrict SENIOR RECOGNITION to your own teams, as the traditional event would attract too many spectators along the public path, and athletes/coaches in the starting area. Reminder: Parents and immediately

family members are not allowed on campus or the course.

Red Cap Timing:  Folsom Coaching Staff will act as liaisons between Red Cap staff and SFL Coaches to minimize risk of exposure. Please remain clear of the timing area, and instruct your athletes to do the same. William Jessup

University. Scott Chisam will serve as starter/referee. Social Distancing guidelines apply if interacting with starters, course monitors, marshals, etc.
