Track & Field Invitational
Why: To allow athletes a chance to improve their marks while using auto timing, seeded events, state meet venue. Give coaches and athletes a chance to sit back and watch athletes.
When: Friday March 20, 2020 starting at 2:30
Entries Due: March 17, 2020 by 1:30pm on www.episports.com
Place: Buchanan High School
Number of entries per school: 6 per running event (one relay team per school)
Marks Entered: You may use last years marks for seeding (As all winter sports should be completed)
Running Events: 400 Relay, 1600, HH, 400, 100, 800, 300H, 200, 3200, 1600 Relay
Field Events: Pole Vault Boys over 106, Girls over 80 (heights must be done in a meet) High Jump Boys over 57, Girls over 47 (heights must be done in a meet)
Discus Boys 120, Girls 100 (marks must have been achieved in a meet)
Shot Put Boys 44, Girls 32 (marks must have been achieved in a meet) Throwers will receive 4 attempts with the possibility of 6 (depending upon the size of field).
Cost: $8.00 per athlete $300.00 max
