Meet Information
Hosted By: Mira Loma High School & American River College
Date: Saturday March 10th, 2018. Field events start 8:30am, Track 9:00am
Location: American River College, Sacramento, CA. Featuring a brand new track, updated scoreboard displaying live results, and site of Meet of Champions.
Format: Teams are allowed 4 entries per sprint event, 2 relay teams (A & B, freshman entries can run as varsity in relays) 3 entries per field event. 6 entries for 800, 1500, 5k (will be limited to max of 2 total heats 1 girls 1 boys 25 per heat)
Divisions: 4, Freshman Girls, Freshman Boys, Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys.
Relays: 2 teams per school per gender, all relays run as varsity level Girls followed by Boys
Entry Fee: Varsity Divisions $75 each, Freshman Divisions $50 ea. Max $200 per team. Individual athlete $15 ea. Due by March 7th, 2018 all payments must be made before coaches packets will be given out. Once entries have been closed all fees will be due regardless of your teams attendance. We plan our Meet will be held RAIN OR SHINE.
Spikes: only or shorter non needle spikes allowed, athletes will need to have spikes checked / cleared at spike check tent. spikes will be avail for purchase at the meet.

Registration Deadline is Tuesday March 6th 9:00pm
We will seed on the fly, with Live results online, and results on the scoreboard. We are planning on starting with 100m prelims followed by the 5k. Athletes entered in individual races as FRESHMAN can run varsity level in relay events.
The 5k will be varsity level, we might split guys and girls based on number of entries. If so we will start the day with the Girls followed by 100m prelims then boys 5k. Emails will be sent to all coaches on Wed March 7th with finalized order.
Hospitality: There will be a hospitality tent for coaches provided by Mira Loma, snack bar provided by ARC. Restrooms will be avail but no changing / locker rooms.
