Brooke Starn of Monte Vista runs 4:49.12 to hold off Morgin Coonfield of McKinleyville (4:49.55) for the win at the 2016 Stanford Invitational. The times currently sit #3 and #4 in the United States and are also the top two times in the state of California.
Erica Schroeder of San Marcos runs a near two second PR of 4:54.86 to win the 2nd section of the girls mile at the 2016 Stanford Invitational.
Connor Dunne of San Clemente runs a new PR and a US#1 time of 1:50.53 to win the 800m at the 2016 Stanford Invitational. Dunne ran from the front to beat Willie Hall of Davis who ran US#3, 1:51.76
